Refund Request
To request a refund for a paid event, enter the confirmation code and password (if the event is private). If you cannot locate the event, contact the event host directly to confirm the event code and password (if applicable).
To cancel registration for a free event, please go to the Cancellation Request page.
Please note that RegisterToAttend processes refunds only when authorized to do so by the event host and only within the timeframe specified by the event host, or in instances where a duplicate transaction was unintentionally processed.
Some events do not allow refunds. If the event you registered for does not allow refunds, or if the specified timeframe for a refund has passed, you will need to contact the event host directly.
